We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Now and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that align with our companys goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements process flows and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Create and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Service Now and its capabilities.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in creating detailed project documentation.
- Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Have experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
- Exhibit the ability to provide training and support to end-users.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.
