🧠 Experience & Technical Skillset:
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in software development
- Strong C++ proficiency is mandatory
- Hands-on development experience on Windows OS
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)
- Familiarity with the healthcare domain is a plus
- Experience in unit and integration testing is an advantage
🧰 Desirable Knowledge:
- Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD), Design Patterns, SOLID principles
- Exposure to C# and Angular (preferred)
- Familiar with tools like Team Foundation Server, Static Code Analyzers, and Visual Studio
- Good understanding of Windows technologies
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Ability to analyze and resolve ambiguous technical scenarios

- Analyze software requirements, translate into design and component breakdown
- Implement, document, and test assigned modules per project schedule
- Debug, investigate, and fix defects; conduct code reviews
- Coordinate development topics with project stakeholders
- Ensure process adherence and high-quality deliverables
- Take ownership and guide the team during new product development
- Independently plan and provide estimates for deliverables
