Microsoft Ads is a multi-billion-dollar business driving innovation in digital advertising. Join the Microsoft Ads Editor team to build and maintain Microsoft Advertising Editor—a cross-platform desktop application used by global advertisers to manage large-scale campaigns. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-performance features for bulk editing, offline campaign management, and ecosystem integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain features using modern tech stacks (C#, .NET, React, TypeScript).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user-centric solutions.
  • Write clean, documented code adhering to Microsoft engineering standards.
  • Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on desktop development trends, ad-tech innovations, and UX best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
    (Equivalent real-world experience accepted.)
  • Technical Fundamentals: Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and Git.
