Amazon Direct Test Hiring: Team Lead Intern Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily end-to-end operations for either a single large site or a collection of smaller sites.
• Executing both inbound and outbound operations.
• Achieving customer-facing metrics while adhering to cost targets and ensuring the safety and morale of your team members.
• Facilitating performance management for your team.
• Developing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
• Continuously enhancing the delivery process to achieve a sustained improvement in delivery performance.
• Conducting daily 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station.
• Acting as a substitute for the Area Manager.
• Possessing the capability to manage both day and night shifts.

Amazon Direct Test Hiring Process Assistant Job Responsibilities 

• Daily management of shifts:
• Administrative oversight of team members
• Delegation of tasks to team members
• Monitoring and advising team members on productivity, quality, and safety.
• Monitor the status of counts and address queue problems
• Creating and implementing training and development initiatives for team members
• Serve as a substitute for the Area Manager.
