About the Role: Data Analyst, GBGA

Join Salesforce’s Global Business Growth & Automation (GBGA) team as a Data Analyst and help drive meaningful innovation. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and business, impacting thousands of employees and shaping how Salesforce internally leverages its own platform.

As part of the Customer Zero initiative, you’ll be hands-on with Salesforce tools, delivering analytics and insights that influence strategic decisions, track adoption, and measure impact across core internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain multi-source dashboards that provide strategic, operational, and behavioral insights.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to transform complex requirements into clear and engaging visualizations.
• Build compelling data narratives to communicate trends and insights to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Follow best practices in dashboard design to ensure data accuracy, user experience, and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics trends and tools to continuously improve visual storytelling.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong command over Tableau and an understanding of diverse dashboard types (executive, operational, support, performance, etc.).
• Skilled in SQL for querying, cleansing, and preparing datasets.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams.
• Bonus: Active contributor to the Tableau community or with a Tableau Public portfolio.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Lead-to-Cash workflows is a plus.
