About the Role

Deloitte’s Technology Center of Excellence (CoE) is hiring an Analyst focused on data integrity, governance, and reporting. You’ll work with internal teams across the US and India to ensure accurate, clean, and well-governed data that drives marketing and client growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, structure, and manage large datasets using Excel, Access, and basic SQL.
• Develop and deliver insightful reports for business teams using pivots and visuals.
• Enforce data governance standards (especially around US data privacy rules).
• Validate and research client data using tools like LinkedIn, BoardEx, Hoovers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and maintain CRM data.
• Suggest improvements, automate repeat tasks, and streamline data workflows.

You Should Have:

• 1–3 years of experience in data reporting or operations.
• Strong skills in Excel, Access, and data visualization.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with research tools like LinkedIn, BoardEx, Hoovers.
• Bonus if you’ve worked with SQL, data quality, or data privacy protocols.

Education:

• Graduate degree required (BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.)
• MBA is a plus.
